☕ About Our Coffee

Q: What does "AAA Grade" mean? A: "AAA" is one of the highest standards for Indian coffee beans. It refers to the size and quality of the bean. We use only large, uniform, and defect-free beans. This ensures that the roast is perfectly even and the flavor is rich and smooth, without the bitterness found in smaller or broken beans.

Q: Is this Instant Coffee? A: No. Raskbind Coffee is 100% pure filter coffee (roasted beans or grounds). It does not dissolve in water like instant coffee. You will need a brewing device (like a French Press, Moka Pot, or South Indian Filter) or a channi (strainer) method to brew it.

Q: Is your coffee 100% Arabica? A: Yes! We are strict about quality. We do not blend with Robusta or chicory. You get 100% Pure Arabica beans, known for their sweet, fruity, and aromatic profile.

Q: Where is your coffee from? A: Our coffee is a true cross-India effort! We source our raw green beans from the finest estates in Bangalore, Karnataka. They are then brought to our facility in West Champaran, Bihar, where they are packed and shipped to you.

Q: What is the shelf life of the coffee? A: For the best flavor, we recommend consuming the coffee within 6 to 9 months of the roast date printed on the pack. Always store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.

Q: Where do you ship from? A: We ship all orders directly from our brand office in West Champaran, Bihar.

Q: How long will delivery take? A: Since we ship from Bihar, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Bihar & Nearby States: 2–4 Business Days

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5–8 Business Days

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? A: [Currently, we accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking).] (Note to Rahul: If you do offer COD, change this answer to: "Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes in India.")


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return the coffee if I don't like it? A: As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened packs due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you received a damaged packet or the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Q: My package arrived damaged. What do I do? A: We are so sorry! Please take a photo of the damaged box/product and email it to us at raskbind@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75491 13544 within 3 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
